Our practice includes a specialized focus on complex product liability cases — cases where a consumer has been seriously injured or killed by a defective automobile, a defective drug, a defective consumer product or household item, or defective sports or recreational equipment. We have litigated complex multi-district and class action cases, which is sometimes necessary or advantageous where a single type or model of product has injured many consumers. Product liability cases require extensive and detailed investigation at all stages, from initial case intake and pre-filing investigation to case filing, legal discovery, and preparation for trial. Our focused approach helps ensure that the responsible parties are appropriately identified and held to account for their wrongdoing. Our specialized expertise and experience are invaluable in pursuing our clients’ legal claims, vindicating their rights, and helping them obtain justice.
At The Komyatte Law Firm, we fight for your rights when you are injured by a defective product. When you suffer serious injuries, we’ll fight for your rights and for the compensation that you deserve.
We are a national law firm and successfully litigate cases all across the United States. We have helped get justice for clients in many states, including Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and California. We routinely litigate serious injury and product liability cases in both state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Our partners bring a combined 46 years of experience in complex personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death litigation to each and every case we handle — experience that is invaluable in investigating and litigating our clients’ important claims.
