Mr. Thompson is Managing Partner of the Houston office of Royston Rayzor and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, focusing primarily on litigation with an extensive trial background. He has handled cases in both state and federal court focusing on personal injury claims and representing businesses and individuals involved in commercial litigation disputes.
Mr. Thompson has significant experience in products liability and other personal injury claims, as well as defending and investigating claims resulting from oilfield and maritime casualties. He represents manufacturers and premises owners in asbestos litigation and other toxic torts and has authored on the subject.
He is a America’s Top 100 Bet-The-Company Litigator for Southern Texas and recognized as a 2025 Texas Super Lawyers Personal Injury Products: Defense.
